With live monitoring via the recording bar display for sound levels, users maintain optimal control over their recordings. Direct To Cloud
The smartphone application features direct uploads to the ODMS Cloud dictation service, enhancing both convenience and efficiency. During the upload process, critical information such as Author IDs and Worktype IDs are appended to each file. Additionally, users can assign or reassign dictation tasks via the app to any typist within the cloud dictation service. This feature empowers you to swiftly delegate responsibilities, manage assignments remotely, and ensure timely transcription turnaround.
You can conveniently access your previously uploaded dictation files on ODMS Cloud via the app. Effortlessly monitor the upload status, including whether audio files are currently being transcribed, pending action, or have been completed. Additionally, you can filter files based on their status to enhance and streamline your dictation management process.
